A classic favorite with good reason. Our fresh Golden Oak shiitake have a rich, woodsy flavor and firm, chewy texture that's worlds apart from their dried counterparts. Packed with umami, they add depth to any dish they meet. Best in Asian cuisine, soups or stir-fries.

Keep mushrooms in their paper packaging and refrigerated until ready for cooking. Our mushrooms taste best when consumed within 5 days from receiving them.
While our mushrooms are cultivated under clean environments and handled with gloves, we recommend giving them a quick wash and drying them thoroughly with paper towels just before cooking.
Avoid soaking mushrooms in water as they can absorb too much moisture and become soggy.
